Jack Henderson

Jack began playing guitar with Over the Rhine in 1997, and in 1998 he and his wife Hazel moved from London, England to Cincinnati, Ohio. (Talk about culture shock. Or more accurately, lack-of-culture shock.) Linford and Karin were so drawn to Jack's song writing that they didn't seem to mind his constant protestations that he had never thought of himself as a guitar player. Jack's sense of economy, grit and emotional depth was appealing and understated. Over the Rhine plans to eventually record a full-length collection of Jack's songs, tentatively entitled, "The House That Jack Built." Jack recently released a solo record, "Cheap Tattoo."
