I'm moving to Boston, MA this JUNE!

My family that I nanny for has asked me to move to Boston with them. . .and in a weird twist of fate (????), the universe's most intelligent, charming, adorable, sweet, albeit with slight redneck tendencies (jk!) man is out there too!!!!!!

Anyway, I know I haven't been in the Orchard very much at all, lately, but I figured I definetly needed to:

1. scope out any East Coast apples
2. Favorite Boston places that you've been to
3. Just make a general public service announcement

hahaha

So if anyone is familiar with the Roslindale/Milton area, give a girl a hollah! Apartment hunting is in full season!

My wife and I love Boston, as does our son Chris who went to college there. I'm not aware of any apples living there however, at least they don't seem to post much. (I know lots of Cowboy Junkies and Patty Griffin fans in the area though)

I can't even begin to list all the things to see and do in the Boston area, there are tons of historical sites, museums, restaurants, stores etc. and there's an amazing folk music scene there, especially in Cambridge. Lots of music venues including the Orpheum, the Roxy, Paradise Rock Club, Club Passim, the Lizard Lounge, Berklee School etc.

Never been to Roslindale or Milton though. Good luck!
