Is there any word on what we can do about tickets already purchased?
Is it just up to each venue, or is there some refund policy across the board?
I have at least 2 tickets I won't be able to use;
Charlottesville, VA -- I bought them specifically because the show was on a Saturday and it's been rescheduled for a Tuesday. Which means I can't go.
And Charlotte, NC -- I bought 6 tickets, with my parents planning to come from Detroit to meet my girlfriend's parents - who were to come from a couple hours away. I'm holding out hope that this one will be rescheduled on a date that still works for everybody, but I haven't been able to find a date yet.
I'd sure hate to end up holding eight tickets that I can't use.

I don't know about VA and NC, but this is the message I got regarding the Pittsburgh show. At least this show was rescheduled for a date I can make. I need my OtR fix!

They refunded my money for the Virgina show since I won't be able to make the rescheduled date.
Still waiting to see what happens with the Charlotte show. I'm hoping the new date will work, but I'm confident that they'll refund the loot if I can't go.

I got a call from Under the Beams (New Harmony, IN) today. Yes, they called me to tell me the April 5th show was rescheduled for Jun 14th. Sadly, I can't make the new date, so they're refunding the ticket price.
Under the Beams is staffed by volunteers and they're calling everyone who ordered their tickets directly from Under the Beams, the lady said. Nice bunch of folks!
