Today we were at the Noodle and Co. in Oakley and saw a "If a Song Could Be a President" bumper sticker on a car in the parking lot. Just curious of it was anyone here...

Last summer we were at Reading Rock and this guy was wearing a very old Over the Rhine T-shirt the yellow one where they are walking up the steps - Good Dog Bad Dog I think...

Today at the Intersection of Kenwood and Hunt Roads in Blue Ash and saw an orange-ish Element with an Over the Rhine Ohio sticker on the window in the lower right hand side. Was that anyone here?

hmm.. local used cd shop has Over the Rhine playing occasionally while I'm in there... the irony of that is they don't SELL the OtR albums... LOL also I get asked about OtR everytime I wear my yellow flower record player tee.... thats always exciting.. for me at least...

As I was pulling into a gas station here in Hudson, WI this weekend,
just pulling out from the pumps in front of me on the vehicle was the
Wisconsin license plate that said LFN2.
Live From Nowhere 2? Do you think there's a LFN1 or 3?
Guess we may never know.

Yeah so, Monday was the first time I had ever been to Nashville, ever. And so the FIRST random bar we walk into on the strip, Jake Bradley is playing a random gig. It was pretty obvious none of the guys had ever played together before and they were just winging it, but they were pretty good.

So I think that takes the cake for my own most random OTR sighting.

No, it was somewhere else. Layla's, I think? An early gig, I think they were done by about 7:15. We only had one night downtown so we bar-hopped a bit. The country stuff was kind of painful (WTF is "Tiger By The Tail"? That might be the worst song I've ever heard) but they did do a pseudo rockabilly version of "I Wanna Be Sedated," so mad points for that.

Unfortunately, Missouri only has 6 characters on car tags, so we had to retire our OTRHINE, pictured below.

Well today I got a message back from a friend of mine in Canada.. I sent him some flac files off of archive.org (he has no highspeed such a shame) and he fell in love with OtR... converting his wife, brother in law, sister, and a two co-workers all in a day.... my oh my how I love converting people ^.^ .... to such good music that is LOL.

If anyone above has any pix of the stickers and even old tees, I'd appreciate some links here. Thanx.

During exercise class today we were running up a hill and on the instructors i-pod came Later Days it surprised me a bit to begin with that she would have anything OTR - I love the song but not to run to, especially up a hill.
