Sigh.

This is the current Cincinnati forecast:
Statement as of 4:41 PM EST on December 14, 2007
... Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 6 am to 6 PM EST
Saturday...
The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a Winter
Weather Advisory... which is in effect from 6 am to 6 PM EST
Saturday. The Winter Storm Watch is no longer in effect.
A mixture of snow... sleet and freezing rain will develop across
the area Saturday morning. Temperatures will warm to just above
freezing Saturday afternoon into Saturday evening. This will allow
for a gradual changeover to rain. Total snow accumulations of 1
to 2 inches are expected by Saturday afternoon. Ice accumulations
will be less than a tenth of an inch.
A Winter Weather Advisory is issued when a wintry mix of
precipitation is forecast to develop in the affected areas, but
accumulations are expected to be light. Any snow or ice would
make driving and walking difficult but not impossible on
untreated roadways and sidewalks. When temperatures are below
freezing, motorists need to be especially careful on bridges and
overpasses where slippery spots can easily develop.

I won't be making a final decision on whether or not I'll attempt the drive until early tomorrow afternoon, but if the Dayton forecast is pretty accurate, I suspect I'll be missing at least Saturday's show, if not both shows. And I won't be very happy about it, either.
