Weird that they are moving it to USA. I guess L&O can't compete with the CSI franchise.

Did you watch the season premiere? I thought it was interesting. They seem to be CSI-ing it up a bit. I didn't watch much of last year, but when it started, it was a lot like the original L&O--we got more of the suspect's stories than the main characters'. Now, it seems like they are trying to draw out the main characters more the way they do on SVU (or as my friend calls it--SUV). I imagine there will be a lot more emoting and source music. Neato.
