I went to a screening last night and really enjoyed it. I noticed that the new advertisements have been re-tooled to focus on the drama instead of the romantic comedy, which is a smart choice since that's how the film leans as well. Good little date movie. Even though it's PG, kids will be bored though so leave them home. You know... with a sitter.

The movie this film is based on, Mostly Martha, is one of my favorite foreign films ever. If you like originals I'd definitely rent it. I've seen the previews for No Reservations several times and while I'm pretty stoked on the cast, I was a little nervous as I also noticed there was a romantic comedy focus in the previews so reading your post gives me hope. Thanks for the early screening review, I may just see in the theaters after all.
