For some strange reason, for the last few days I get just the initial post + this summary view of every forum page instead of the normal full posts:



At first I thought I had accidentally turned on some forum option for my account, but I couldn't find anything in the controls to switch back to the normal view. The really weird thing is that I only get this view in Firefox on my home office PC. If I use IE7 on the same machine, the pages look normal, and if I use the same version of Firefox (2.0.0.4) on a different PC, it also looks normal.

Anybody have a clue what's happened to me?

Keith, try clicking options at the top right (just to the right of the thread title bar). About halfway down you should see "Display Modes". Then look and see if you're not viewing "outline" mode. Click "standard". That should fix it.

What I wonder---I never even paid attention to that tab and never opened it to switch my view---so-my question is ---how in the heck did the view style get changed???

Ghosts or gremlins in the machine????
