Anybody else thinking about it? What can be better than a Pizza Fest in Chicago,
in the Lincoln Park neighborhood, and Over the Rhine.
They haven't listed much in the way of other music yet.
And that same weekend through the 4th is a Rib Fest in Naperville with lots of music too.
(Heart, George Thorogood, Blue Oyster Cult, Psychedelic Furs, etc.....a definite 70s-80s feel)
And Marcia Ball is in town somewhere in Berwyn that same night,
and the Great Lake Swimmers are at Schubas.

i was thinking about it but that's a long drive and an expensive hotel room for what i'm sure will be a shortened set. and i'll see them the week prior in a nice quiet listening room 5 minutes from my house...

I'll be there. 
If OTR Starts at 8:30 and the festival closes at 10, it's likely they'll do a mostly full set. I don't think I've ever really seen them go much over 90 minutes of stage time (OTR has obviously never been to a Springsteen show
). I can't really afford to travel right now so this will probably by my only show until the Old Town School dates in November.
