i just read a book called "eat to live" but dr. fuhrman. i'm seriously considering altering my diet to go along with his ideas. it's probably a good thing that i already like a bunch of fruit and veggies.
anyone read this book? changed their eating habits like this?
it initially started as a weight-loss for health's sake since i'm always trying to be healthier. plus this summer i'd like to conceive
any wisdom out there???
