i just read a book called "eat to live" but dr. fuhrman. i'm seriously considering altering my diet to go along with his ideas. it's probably a good thing that i already like a bunch of fruit and veggies.

anyone read this book? changed their eating habits like this?

it initially started as a weight-loss for health's sake since i'm always trying to be healthier. plus this summer i'd like to conceive smile.gif, and i'd like this bod to be as ready as possible!

any wisdom out there???
