Just wanted to plug a new vegan baking guide recently published by my friend Kris Holechek (she was until recently assistant editor of Herbivore magazine). It's all wasted on me, since I really have no sweet tooth, but everyone I know (vegetarian or not) who has tried her recipes has been raving about how good they are.
