If you want a good topper for baked mac & cheese, just crush about a dozen triscuits and sprinkle them over the mac & cheese, dot with a little butter and sprinkle a little of Emeril's essence seasoning on top! Bam!

You probably should run it under the broiler for a couple-two-three minutes to melt that butter and color the Triscuits.
