Here it is almost Christmas, but I thought I'd start a thread for people looking for ideas for books they'd recommend giving as gifts. I've still got at least another trek in me to Borders before Christmas. Post your gift giving choices here and turn some apples on to some titles. As for me, I got my older son his request: Peterson's Guide to Eastern Reptiles and Amphibians, and got for other family members John Grisham: The Innocent Man (fiction), Raymond Feist: Magician (fantasy).
