Hello all,

My name is Brian, I'm a 21 year old male from Cincinnati. I've known of OtR for a few years since I heard a live cover of Let it Be and then found an mp3 of Latter Days on the official website and greatly enjoyed those songs, but only after being reminded of the Ohio album by a "best albums ever" list by an artist I greatly respect (Reese Roper formerly of five iron frenzy, please don't flame me) was I prompted to pick up the album... last night. Today on the way home from work I also picked up Drunkard's Prayer, as Ohio just might be one of the greatest things I've ever heard, plus having such a talent so close to home is really encouraging in a strange way... but anyway, just figured I'd say hello, somewhere within all of that rambling.

Thanks guys! Five Iron Frenzy was a Third Wave Ska band from the late 90s, early 00s with some decidedly cheesy aspects; their vocalist happens to be a great thinker as well as a slapstick goofball...

Anyhoo, I really appreciate the warm welcome, and I'd like to let you know that OtR continues to grow on me the more i listen to these albums (right now I have Ohio, Drunkard's Prayer and the free mp3s from the attic on the official website... strangely enough I no longer have that Let it Be cover :-/
