I love fall and all it's good offerings. Tonight's menu:

Lean pork steak, nicely seasoned with onion and garlic
Roasted squash drizzled with cashew butter sauce (about 1 TBS cashew butter heated w/1/4 C unsweetened Almond milk - stirred til smooth)
Home-made whole grain biscuits

Desert of:
Cooked apples with dates and nuts

mmm, sounds yummy (and I imagine your home smelled pretty yummy too!). What's Biota water, by the way; is it a brand of spring water?

Yup, saw it on the Food Network not long ago. It's bottled in the first biodegradable plastic bottle. Believe it or not, it can be composted. For more about the bottle, click here

I love Fall... if only just for soup!

I had a can of generic chunky chicken soup, and some toast with butter. And some no sugar junk for a beverage.

edited b/c: laugh.gif i said "soap" instead of "soup.
