I had to put him on mute, I was laughing so hard.
I wanted to ask him if he was satisfied with the level of service. And if not, did he ask to speak to his manager?

I love little kids who aren't afraid to smile at strangers. No metro in Orlando, but there are plenty in grocery store lines, and sometimes on campus (usually attached to professors).
