See repeated mentions of "blisters" in the pet peeves thread. I kinda walked twelve miles (that is a complete guess, but if anything, it's an understatment) in holey hikers yesterday, and my feet are angry. I love my holey tennis shoes! Their holes are in the tops, not the soles! (Can you tell I need new shoes?)

Moleskin. You put it on your feet where you might get blisters. It prevents rubbing. It's usaully around three bucks down here.

Found kick-ass CD store in Villeray. They get points just for having a "cowboy junkies" tab, even if they don't have any of their discs in stock.
