I saw the message (thanks to everyone that PM'd me to report the message) and have deleted the message and the user.

My understanding is that the message may still come through (obviously), but they're 'defanged' and not a threat, just a hassle. I'm checking with Invision to see if my understanding is correct.

I expected that adding the "you must type this number to register" function would defeat the spammer's bots, but either they've got a way around it or the latest spammer registered manually. I suspect the latter.
