Well, I didn't hear it the last two nights, but I'll echo that sentiment. I told her after the Friday night Canal Street show that I was happy to hear it. When they started playing "The Seahorse," I was hoping they'd add on "Summertime," and I wasn't disappointed.

is it picky of me if i wished that they could've played longer? smile.gif

I don't have a real long history of seeing bands/performers in smaller venues and I was wondering the same thing. I'm surprised how short the OtR sets are live. Could be that this is completely normal. I would like to hear them play a bit longer though.

Sounds like the show was great! smile.gif

Well, I think the main reason for the short set list was due to the double bill with Hem. It didn't really have anything to do with the venue. Both bands played for the same amount of time.

Here is a photo of Linford's Seattle setlist. Thanks again to Christina for sharing.

karin mentioned to me that due to the "double headline" nature of these shows that the opener would play for approx 60 minutes w/one (possible) encore & the closer would do about 75 minutes w/encores TBD (venue, curfews, etc).

There are a few shows where HEM actually closes .
The joy of co headlining.....

i can't help but think that many of the fans at the seattle show were there for OtR and not HEM. it looked like at least 1/3 of the people there left after OtRs set...

any ideas as to how they determined who'd open and who'd close on a given night?
