What's the postcard get you? I got two on Saturday for ordering two copies of the CD, but nothing really to get in the event on Sunday.. I paid $25 for one CD/Sunday combo, and $15 for an additional CD.

Whose handwriting is on these? I suppose they should be Linford's, but the "e" in "Time" is crazy! I guess it all comes with being an artist.

Karin writes everything and signs Linfords name.. ?!?
Seriously - they're signed with his name, phil!

Somewhat off-topic, has anyone been to St. Elizabeth's in Norwood before? The directions on the website direct me to Vineyard Central on Mills Avenue. Is that the same place, I guess?

I wonder if you'll get one, or maybe they'll mail it with the cd. On the back, it says:
This little poem is a reminder that your name is on the guest list for 2 special performances on DEcember 18th: 1 pm - Linford's spoken word, upright piano performance 4 pm - Karin & Linford's candelight acoustic set with wine & refreshments.
Feel free to bring a guest or your spouse & children. See you at St. Elizabeth's!
----->overtherhine.com for more<-------
p.s. your cd will be mailed in early 2006.
So I'm thinking if you do get one, it will come with the cd. (Hoping for zayne's postcard...)

My postcard says...
Praise...
I cannot say it
with mere words convincingly
So
I sing it with
the life I live
unflinchingly

Here's what my postcard says -
Another Short Poem
My accordion is leaning on the wooden chair,
a slouching box of muted music resting in its own black and white film.
Has it really come to this?
I'm so alone I write of my accordion.

I can't tell from the thread title what you are referring to when you say "did you order yours"....what is "yours"? What CD?
I have ordered CD's from Paste, in fact, I just got 3 different CD's in the mail this week.

oh, ok.
the postcards were sent out to people who pre-ordered the latest live CD ("Live from Nowhere") before the CD had been made.
I don't know if they are still doing postcards with the CD anymore, probably not, but honestly, you're not missing much. unless you're an uberpsychocompletist fan.

I ordered the Live From Nowhere CD last week and got it about 5 days later; no postcard came with it, but nice CD!
