So this is a weird film. I looked up the info at IMDB, and apparently, it's written and directed by Neil Young. It's a musical about a family in some rural part of the US. I didn't get to watch all of it, but what I did watch, I thought was really interesting and creative. The entire plot of the story is told through the music, so all the actors are basically lip-synching.

Neat film to check out, but a bit slow.

It was interesting and creative. Unfortunately the songs were atrocious... and I had to turn it off after 30 minutes.

I liked the movie and the album. With the album there is a DVD with him performing the whole album with just acoustic guitar live, which I think is better than with all the intrumentation.
