i probably should've voted for "depends on the guy," cause i think it does. i saw "soul patch" and stopped there. it's pretty hot on brandon. he also usually has a 5 o'clock shadow, but his an a.m. rather than a p.m.. it's cause he only uses the trimmer rather than full out shaving..that's if he bothers at all..

I would imagine that it would make for somewhat itchy and uncomfortable kissing, but obviously Trudes feels otherwise.

Oh my goodness. I can't believe I left the forum for a bit and when I come back you all are discussing facial hair. Be still my heart.
I LOVE a well-trimmed and cared for beard on just about any man, but I can dig the goatee thing too...
I just can't really imagine being with a man with no facial hair... sounds too much like being with a woman and um... that's just not my thing.

that's the only hesitation i had in voting. but i ended up with "depends on the guy." i say if he looks good feels good about how he looks, it's all good.

I've noticed just this past year that I seem to have a thing for men with full beards (well kept, anyway). I can't help myself.
As an aside, most of my guy friends have full beards. I hope this is coincidental and that I'm not prejudiced.
Also, my dad has had a full beard for as long as I've been alive (and longer too), so maybe there's some type of psychological training that went on there.
But then again, the occasional clean-shaven face DOES catch my eye...
And btw...in my experience, kissing a guy with a beard isn't as scratchy or uncomfortable as you might think...don't know why.

I think facial hair adds to the kiss experience. A little texture is good IMO....masculine and all.
Think a sweaty, lumberjack theme...
then clean-up to a Don Johnson theme.
Yes, I'm old.

It's been too long since I've been kissed.

Most of the kissing that I've done lately has involved a guy with a beard. It's usually been A-OK for all parties involved.

Yeah, my two cents.
Beards ITCH my face! Everytime I try to grow facial hair, I realize what a mistake it is for me. I love my razor. It's my friend. clean shaven is the way I am and the way I will always be.

Well, I do go the one or two day stubble route sometimes, if I'm too lazy to shave.
stubble has hurt me before, but overall -- i love it.
mmmm
i remember the first time i felt stubble. it's a good memory.

I'm gonna say it "depends on the dude".
Mostly, I don't like facial hair. But a good goatee(with small sideburns... oh, mamma). And then of course... a dark-haired man with a five o'clock shadow... hubba. Mmm. I like men.
I really dig the clean-cut-shaven look, tho.

Mmmmm....stubble! ::DROOL:: Totally does it for me, but only if it's an all over stubble, not if it's a partial stubble like they couldn't grow a full beard if they tried. It gives that illusion that their in some sort of shaving rebellion for a day or two....and, hey...i can SO relate to that.

Stubble is SEXY! (but can be a bit like rug burn in serious make-out sessions. just saying.) i Love it!!!

Just adding:
Last night I listened to the recording of the AWESOME show at the Fineline Dec 6.
(Sign up for that vine!! What a great show. Thanks Eric)
Before she sang 'Trouble', Karin talked a bit about that sexy cocktail hour stubble and how she liked it.
She mentioned something like
men, listen to your women if they say they like it.

i always thought i was just a bit of a shaving slacker ... apparently my subconscious knows how to make all the ladies swoon. sweet. i can finally update my list ...
ryan's list of things he knows about women...
1. they're smarter than me (check)
2. they like stubble (check)
well, that doubles the list. it's a start ...

So like, I got "cocktail hour stubbled" last week.
A co-worker walked in to the warehouse with what I would guess was a 2-3 day boycott on razors and "Yowza'd" me.
So, depending on 'that' dude - it's stubble-bells all the way.
