Colorado's voting day was yesterday.

Here's an interesting issue the voters passed.

Maybe it's a first step?

I'm confused... What does it mean? It passed saying it's OK to have less than 1oz, but it's still illegal??

And, as usual, the judiciary is left to sort it out. That's why the judiciary is a more important topic for politicos than any drug out there these days.

Personally, I say kudos to Denver and California, and parts of Alaska and all the American places that have been brave enough to address the war on marijuana. And FTR (and as you may have guessed), I don't think there's enough marijuana smoking going on in this great nation of ours.

"Our city council opponents continually argue that I-100 is 'useless' because state law supersedes city law," Tvert says. "Like many drug warriors, they are trying to discourage people from voting for it by arguing their vote is futile."
