Ok, so tonight I carved my pumpkin. I'm pretty proud of it. Yeah, it's not the best I've seen - but hey, it works for me.
So yeah, I know some of you had to of carved pumpkins - so let's see them.

Kasia, Ashley and I did some carving today. It was a bit late, so the carving was a touch rushed to get finished before bedtime. Even still, probably one of the more enjoyable carvings. Kasia is just a treat!

We did roast the seeds. How did you know? A little oil, salt, pepper and cumin - tasty! Kasia even enjoyed them.

Yummy! I actually roast any type squash seeds. Can't stand letting them go to waste.
