So pleasant, as always, Cher. I liked the two men fishing...so peaceful. Also the inside of the covered bridge and the old iron ring.

Since I'm not really into corn, my favorite aspect of the non-urban midwest is the frequency you see adult video stores off the highway in the middle of cornfields. Or maybe that's just an Ohio thing.

Thanks for wandering with me, guys. It was a beautiful day for a ramble. As for the corn, it's pretty much out now and the fields look nice with their autumn stubble.

Very nice, Cher. Imagine how even more colorful the foliage on that first barn will look in a few short weeks!
I think old barns are very cool. Haven't shot many of them, but I have learned that when you see one you like, you need to take a picture, NOW, 'cause it might seem like they last forever, but ... they don't. (There used to be this barn that was so old and rickety that it actually leaned to one side, and every time I drove past it, or at least on the sunny days, I thought, I need to stop and get a picture of that ... and then, one day when I drove past, sure enough, it had collapsed -- yes, before I ever took a picture of it!!)
