National Talk Like a Pirate Day is my favorite non-liturgical holiday ever.
What a wonderful day to watch pirate movies, drink grog and make strange noises at people.

I do wish, though, that there would be an alternative for those sad, sad, non-piratical types- I propose that, for those of you who are of a non-piratical persuasion, you begin celebration of National Walk Like a Ninja Day.
