It's been forever and a day since this thing has been up.
Hello everyone! I'm a big OTR fan and have only seen them twice solo and once as backup with Cowboy Junkies. Never been on a forum before so it's all new to me but am glad that this is my first one.

Hiya LG...
Welcome.
The Orchard is a good place for someone living green, wouldn't you say?
Where did you see your shows?
I'm a big Cowboy Junkies fan, too. In fact it is how I learned about OTR.
Have a walk around....and have fun.

I first saw the Junkies at the Taft. Margo was a delightful ditz and told stories about going to a day spa that morning with K & Terri. Both bands commented that they loved playing Cincinnati together because the Taft was sooo much nicer than Bogart's. That was also the first time I'd been to a 'name' concert were the band came out into the lobby afterward and stood around and talked with the audience.

I was at that show, too! It was my first time seeing Cowboy Junkies, although I'd been a fan for about 6 years before that. I don't know how many times I'd seen OTR before then, but for me it was one of the few concerts where I loved both the opening act and the headliner. I guess that would make it the best concert experience I've ever had, although I wish OTR would have played a few more songs.
