One of our favourite treats around here is this baked brie. It's
super easy and ever so yumtastic!

Baked Brie

One large wedge or mini wheel of Brie
One tube of Pillbury Crescent Rolls

Your choices of the following to spread Brie on:
Grapes
Apple Slices
Steamed broccoli
Carrots
Mushrooms
Steamed Cauliflower
Any other yummy fruit or veggie that sounds good!

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Scrape or cut white rind off brie with a sharp knife. Just
scraping will get enough of it off for our purposes.
3. Wrap brie in 2-4 (depending on size of brie) pieces of crescent
roll dough. Cover brie with one layer only, but make sure it is
completely covered. Pinch and smush together the seams and any
little leftovers
4. Roll remaining crescent rolls and place brie and rolls on cookie
sheet. If you use low fat crescent rolls be sure to grease the
sheet. The low fat rolls are extra sticky!
5. Bake rolls and brie at 375 for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown
(as indicated on the crescent roll package)
6. Enjoy warm gooey brie on veggies, fruits, and rolls! YUM!
