I made a preseasoned (hickory farms lemon pepper) pork loin tonight, and there's just the 2 of us ... so I have all this leftover pork loin. Any ideas on what I can do with it?

OHHHHHH! Bless you for the personal reply to rip the crap out of the pork and bbq it ... I made a half sandwich out of it and passed it on to my hubby and asked him if he'd want this in his lunchbox tomorrow .... I got a most definite YES!!! THANK YOU!
