olive oil, garlic, salt, onion, and half a potato, diced.
let em stew together on med-low heat (til the potato is soft)

while

you boil collard greens in salted water.
let em get good 'n green. then drain them.

add them to the olive oil mixture.
let the flavors hang out for a little while.


then eat! (which is what i'm doing now. simple, yet really yummy!)
