Love this song!!!!!! It's got that 'psychy' touch to it!! I really hope all the other songs on the album are like this one!!!!!

This song has been on repeat on my iPod for 2 days straight. There's something about this song that stirs my soul to it's depths, I can't explain it any better than that. I was near tears yesterday while listening to the song.

I remember when I was a young lad and I sat next to Karen as she was shuttled to the hotel from Cornerstone. I was so excited but didn't say a word to her.

Now, as a man, near 30, well, with Latter Days, Ohio [the song] & Born, my soul continues to be moved. There's a memory and history in her vocals and a transcending quality in the percussion and the lyrics.

I was raised @ the Jesus People [been out 6 years] and the lyrics "I was born to laugh, I learned to laugh through my tears" pierces right through me. Thank you Karen & Lindford for touching me so.

Yeah nice report here!!! I think it's the song's lyrics and arrangements.........I believe a song can be very "strong", but if it doesn't have the right arrangements, it's bound to die out!!!! The arrangements DO make a difference!!! I was reading an article on G. Costa, Nikka Costa's late dad, who is considered one of the world's top producers/arrangers (Elvis Presley worked a lot with him!! ), in which I picked up that the arrangements of a song make its success!!! BORN is one of those songs!!!!
