Hey, does anyone know how to SAFELY get that nasty calcium deposit stuff of the bottom of a tea kettle?

Pouring in a solution of half white vinegar and half water and letting it soak for 20 minutes usually does the job. Rinse the kettle very thoroughly before using it again.

There there, Tai. It's relatively harmless if you don't pour it on open cuts.

You can use lemon juice instead, but that gets a little pricey.
