Is there any meetup planned for Saturday? I imagine we will probably join several of you at The Belle after the show, but are there any dinner plans?
The spouse (Ashley) and I have a kid-free night, so we will probably be up for something a little upscale. Anyone have any suggestions for me? I have not lived in Dayton since '97, so my information may be a trifle out of date.
Does Jay's still have great seafood?
How about that wood-fired pizza joint in the Oregon District? Still there? Any good?
Anyplace within walking distance to CST?
Thanks for the help. -Matt Q

I've never eaten at Jay's, but it's still there. Might be pricey for some of the folks coming to the show. The pizza place in the Oregon District? Pacchia? It's still there, but I haven't been in several years. There aren't a lot of upscale places within walking distance that I'm aware of.

Oh!
Thai 9 in the Oregon District is beyond awesome! A little upscale, but not out of hand. Sushi and delightful thai dishes galore!

Thai 9 looks good. Thanks. It must be new. Back in the day there was only The Belle on Brown. Everything was on 5th.
Yeah, Pacchia was the pizza joint. (They have more than 'za - *wink* Bill.)
Is that wine bar still on First west of Ludlow?

Y'all should check out Sugar & Spice... great breakfast place about seventeen rolls of a bowling ball from Kylie's place.

for anyone interested...
as of right now, it does not appear that there are any confirmed group dinner plans. we are about for to be off for a day of adventure around cinti and massive gambling winnings at the opening day of river downs. it's my guess that there will be some kind of last minute spontaneous dinner gathering before the apple motocade heads up to dayton.
but, i could be wrong...
