i'm leaving louisville about 4-4:30 so i should be there around 5:30-6ish. how about habit's or something near the theatre on thurs night, then we can do something different on fri night? will that work?

No, I'm driving back home between shows this time. I can't call from the road because I don't have a cell phone (shocking, I know). I'm going to come down early and explore some of the nearby stores, I think, so we can just pre-arrange a meeting time at Habit's. 6:00 or so?

We're in for BOTH dinner and the show on BOTH nights. Habits and Dewey's are excellent suggestions.

It's a combination, really... Wendy will attend on Saturday, but someone-to-be-named-later will attend on Friday.

I think Friday is Dewey's, but 6 works for me.

I'd suggest HABITS on Thursday, DEWEY'S on Friday.

Well, if HABITS isn't stellar (it does not impress me for food), why not just eat at DEWEY'S twice? They've got plenty of good options on their menu...

I keep thinking the shows are Fri/Sat. If no one sees me around please call me and remind me :-). My schedule has been insane.

I don't care where we eat really.... I'm not crazy about Habit's so if someone wants to eat somewhere else or at Dewey's twice I won't complain.

There is also kona bistro www.konabistro.com. I've never eaten there but heard it's good.

I really don't care where we eat Thursday at 6. Someone just tell me where to be, and I'll be there.

ditto. on thurs, just as close as possible to the 20th century would help me a bit, i'm probably not going to get out of louisville until 4-4:30. bnut, i'm cool with whatever.

Since Drew and I don't like Habit's and don't mind eating at Dewey's twice let's meet both nights at Dewey's @6pm if there are no objections. If someone wants something else there are plenty of places within walking distance.

Hi folks,

Bill brought up a good point. Assuming that doors open up at 7pm and assuming that everyone wants to sit close, we may need to meet for dinner a little earlier so we can get in the front of the line.

So how early are we talking for tomorrow? 5:30? 5?

I suggest that we meet at DEWEY'S PIZZA at 6:00 on both nights... It's close, very good, reasonably priced, and offers a wide selection of items.

ok, if the show is at 8:00, i would assume the doors open at 7:00ish, last time the lines were queing up well before the doors opened and were huge by the time they actually opened. i'm leaving louisville around 4-4:30 and will prob just grab a bite on the road and am planning/hoping to be in line by 6:00, so i prob won't see ya'll @ dinner. depending on all this i'll prob pass on the planned meet-up on fri night too, eat earlier and be in line around 6:00 or so. i like to sit close.

We were wondering about you tonight (technically last night, now), Dave. Friday's dinner has been changed to P.F. Chang's at 2633 Edmondson Rd., at 4:30, because the Friday show is sold out.

I can't make it to the dinner tonight, but two things...

* I agree with ~m -- there are better places to eat than PF Chang's. Lemongrass (2666 Madison Rd, Cincinnati, 45208 - (513) 321-2882) is an example.

* Since the show is sold out, I think you should move the dinner meeting time to 10:35am.

drew, fyi...i'm just gonna have breakfast then head over to the theatre and get in line. i'll save you a seat.

The wonderful thai restaurant Lemongrass, shitting distance from PF Changs, is open at 5pm. Even since the show is sold out, do you really think 4:30 is apropos? Lemongrass doesn't serve cheese on their items...

M & I went over from Dewey's about a half hour after y'all did due to yummy Aglamesis' Bros ice cream (I think we strolled up to the line at 6:57pm), and we were only 15 people back from you in line...

I guess we'll see ya at the venue around 7pm. And if we aren't sitting by you, we should be up for hanging out after the show.
