Personally, I like to....
1 can of salmon slightly drained
1 heaping spoonful of light mayo
1 handful of Ritz crackers
1 handful of saltines
dash of salt
couple dashes of all spice
couple sprigs of fresh thyme
Crush the crackers into fine little bits. Strip the sprigs of thyme and just use the leaves. Dump in all in a bowl and mix together well. Make into patties and drop in a skillet.
Yum!
Takes all of about 5 minutes.
