rocko
1 cans chickpeas/garbanzo beans

2 cloves of garlic *or more

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp coriander

1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

1 tsp salt

black ground pepper

2 tbsp lemon juice

a drizzle of olive oil

2-3 tbsp tahini/sesame seed paste

best method is the food processor... blenders DON'T work... if you don't have a food processor, smashing everything together with a jar or potato masher in a bowl works... just a bit chunkier...

(i prefer to boil dried beans, but most people hate doing that...)

for falafel, make this ... and then kind of fry/saute in olive oil to make falafel crumbles... i like to call it sloppy falafel, in reference to sloppy joes... put in pita with cucumber slices, plain yogurt or spiced yogurt OR serve on salad with feta cheese, tomatoes and cucumbers... yum.

Must ... get ... food processor ...

Because a blender really doesn't work, yo. And this looks good.
