yo... I don't know if this is the right place to show this or not, but I just got this email and thought the web-gods ought to know...

This is a message from the MailScanner E-Mail Virus Protection Service

The original e-mail attachment "Readme.hta"
was believed to be dangerous and/or infected by a virus and has been
replaced by this warning message.

Due to limitations placed on us by the Regulation of Investigatory Powers
Act 2000, we were unable to keep a copy of the infected attachment. Please
ask the sender of the message to disinfect their original version and send
you a clean copy.

At Thu Dec 30 20:39:17 2004 the scanner said:
ClamAV: Readme.hta contains Worm.Bagle.Gen-vbs
MailScanner: HTML archives are very dangerous in email (Readme.hta)

Yeah, we found it earlier (also mentioned in This thread).

Fun times, fun times. Hope no critical OTR computers were seriously harmed.

Got the same email. Thank goodness Macs are less likely to get viruses than PCs.
