Various events are deemed interesting enough by the Orchard to demand public attention! The Orchard reminds its members of these events, and highlights them, on the bottom of the forum front page in a section called "Forthcoming Calendar Events within the next 14 days".

Members can also look forward and back, at past and future events, via the Orchard "Calendar" function. The Calendar function is available from anywhere within the forums by clicking on the "Calendar" link located in the main toolbar located at the top of every page.

Birthdays which our members choose to reveal are listed (they can also be seen on the forum front page on the actual day of the birthday), as well as special events entered by our moderators or users. Events listed on the calenday may often be linked to related topics, so be sure to click on the calendar item and see if the detailed description further links you.
