Daylight Savings has to be manually adjusted on the Orchard. To verify that your Daylight Savings settings are correct, log into the Orchard and then visit this web address: http://www.overtherhine.com/orchard/index....=UserCP&CODE=04

The site will tell you what it thinks your local time is based on your current user settings. If it is incorrect, modify your settings and click "Change my Account Options" to save your changes.

The checkbox which says "Is daylight savings time in effect?" should be either checked on unchecked depending on your local conditions.
