So, it's 1 AM, and I am starving! I don't really want to eat anything, but my stomach is growling so I probably will. The reason I don't want to eat anything is because I will be going to bed shortly, and it's not the most healthy thing.
Anyway, my question here is what is a good midnight snack, that won't go directly to my gut? (ie, what will fill my stomach in a healthy matter)?

A bowl of Kashi GoLean Crunch cereal with soy milk is always good for those late night hunger pangs.

My at-home late night snack is raisin bran with milk.
Tonight, I am eating the leftover half of a sliced beef sandwich on a wheat roll from Tim Horton's. Mmmmm.
