If there is crack going around I must have missed it.... so....how about it...
«°¤°»
Dec 13 2004, 09:06 PM
um.. Paste has a track record of not knowing what they're talking about. I mean, they were telling me all about this "phantom DVD" in
my issue. Every music magazine who doesn't know how to describe someone describes them as Bono-ish, Stonesish, Zepplinesque, Beatles-influenced, blah blah blah...
I
understand why they'd say bono-ish for griffin, but I think he's not
that close. Nor that strong of a voice.

Newest CD bought: OtR's Changes Come, which I love so much, I have to give it away to someone. (This happens a lot. My favorite books -- in other people's possession. My favorite CDs -- in other people's possession. My favorite wind chimes -- in other people's possession. It rarely fails.) It'll make him so happy....
I also bought inexpensive used copies of Natalie Merchant's Ophelia and Dar Williams' Mortal City, but I've come to the conclusion that they were probably left in the back of Mariesa's car. Oops.... Better go send a PM....

Fantômas -

Also picked up the Mutual Admiration Society used...it's a little underwhelming given the level of talent involved, but okay for $6.
