I just had a thought after posting a few recipes. We cookd put together an orchard cookbook. We could compile a bunch of our favorite recipes, and distribute them at Taft of something.

Ooh! I like that idea! Would this be the standard half-size-page printed-one-someone's-printer-and-spiralized-at-the-local-print-shop sort of book, or do you think we should stick with something a little less official? Is anyone else interested? Should we limit it to particular sorts of recipies (ie, coffee-hour type stuff, with everyone's favorite chai recipies and baked goods, or easy entrees, subdivided into vegetarian, vegan, and dishes for omnivores), or just accept anything, or what? I should go look at that apartment now... *gets dressed, leaves the boards and apartment*

I'm all for this. If we all put our best food ideas together, it seems to me that we'll be eating very well for years to come. smile.gif

Great idea! My dad has some killer cake recipes I will get. I have a few I can add, as well. Mostly desserts.
