I'm Driver8 and I have come to invade your wonderful little board here in search of those who might want the chance to see Steve Hindalong and The Lost Dogs. Please forgive me for trouncing in unannnounced. I mean no harm to this wonderful board, I was told some Choir fans might be here so I thought I would take the chance to invite to the concert.


Anyhow my screen name comes from the fact that I like Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Nascar, not from the REM song I pretty much live over on the 77's message board and Daniel Amos board, but I do venture out once and awhile. Truthfully I have never heard OTR can someone fill me in on thier sound and such.

Welcome! I have heard of the bands you speak of, but can't say I've ever heard them.

OTR is wonderful!!! It is a husband and wife duo from Cincinnati, OH. They live in a neighbor hood called OTR.

Karin does most of the singing, but Linford can and does sing occasionally. Both write their music and both play multiple instruments.

They have several records out, the most current ones Films for Radio and Ohio were released on Virgin Backporch Records. Check them out!!!

When they travel sometimes it is just the two of them sometimes they bring a band.

alright... this is very weird. i live very very close to you. i'm from west dundee right next to judson college. the 77's and daniel amos are fricken awesome! once the 77's played at my school and were banned sinced then for playing drunk. 77's 'sticks and stones' is probably one of the best in their catalog.

...oh and another thing, we do all the advertising for Craftsman so i got hooked on NASCAR becasue of it. good to have a client that gives free race tickets!
