Dinner plans have changed slightly.
Trudy has managed to talk Zola into opening for us on Sunday night, but the catch is that we need firm numbers with regard to who will be there that night by tomorrow (Wednesday, 4/21) night.
Due to the fact that the restaurant is not normally open on Sundays, they need to know exactly how many people are planning to be there and how much food they need. I'll be asking those of you who are going to be at Sunday dinner to look at their menu so we can let them know approximately what to have on hand within a few days.
I know that some of you are still on the fence, but we really need to know if you're planning to be there by tomorrow night, and we need firm committments. We don't want the restaurant to waste food because people sign up & don't show up. This will cost them money, and in turn, we will be stuck with a service charge if we have more or less than the number we have given them in advance. (I know that the unexpected can happen, and a cancellation or 2 may be unavoidable, but we want to avoid as many as possible.
This is for the Sunday night dinner ONLY.
The new plan is for Uno Chicago Grill Saturday night (Time to be TBA), and Zola at 5 on Sunday.
Thank you for your attention.

Hi Jeanne,
I am definitely in, for both Sat. AND Sunday. As for Sunday, I tried googling for "Zola, Dayton and restaurant" and I found listings for the place but no online menu. If I need to say what I'm eating, then does anybody have a link?

i might just watch you guys eat. It looks really good but one meal is like more than i wanted to spend on food for the whole weekend.

i gotta think about this...

Well, i gotta see how much money I'll have.
Velvet Revolver tickets go onsale this week. That is currently a higher priority than eating.

Steve...
As long as you show up, we'll just scrape a little of each of our meals into a saucer. You can eat next to my table.

We'll make sure you don't go hungry, Steve. We don't want those grumbles from your empty stomach showing up on the live recordings.

haha. I'll probably cave. I just pulled up the menu and was like "whoa." *shock*
Being single means you don't ever eat at a restaurant where the meal costs more than 10 bucks.

bruce is right... you
are the enemy.

a "burrito" is just food that got in a tussle with a torilla.
and Zola's "burrito" is way more "tex-mex" than "mex-mex."
it's yum,

Oh, my...
Spicy foods make life worth living, imo. Then again, as someone who's grown habaneros and Thai chiles, I'm aware that I've got a higher tolerance for such things than most Americans.
