Captain Crunch Chicken
1 box Captain crunch cereal {use a plastic bag and rolling pin to crush in to fine crumbs} 1lb 1/2 of chicken strips 1-tsp of Cheyenne pepper 2-3 eggs {for the wash, to drag through the captain crunch} After the egg wash drag it through the Captain crunch/pepper mix Place on a baking sheet and bake 20 at 350 or till they are crunchy looking |

Never tried it? I only use the regular. goes great with home made honey mustard!
